JAMMU: For failure to comply Bio-Medical Waste Management rules 2016, the district administration on Thursday sealed the Navyug Nursing Home at Rehari Chungi. The action was taken on the direction of Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, Avny Lavasa.
The Director Health Services Jammu, in an order, has rejected the registration and requested to take immediate action against the New Navyug Nursing Home.
The Health Care Facility HCF was operating illegally without authorisation and consent from J&K Pollution Control Committee.
