JAMMU: The Special Judge NIA, Jammu has dismissed the bail application of accused persons namely Abdul Aala Fazili S/o Late Mohd. Rafi Fazili R/o Humhama Chowk near Airport Road, Tehsil and District Budgam, Kashmir, J&K and Peerzada Shah Fahad S/o Basir Ahmed Shah R/o Samboora, Tehsil and District Pulwama, Kashmir at present Dawood Colony, Anchar, Soura, District Srinagar, Kashmir, J&K.

The duo were arrested by State Investigation Agency and booked in case FIR No. 01/2022 u/s 13, 18 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act {UA(P)A} and 120B, 121, 124, 153B of Indian Penal Code (IPC) for their involvement in propagating false narrative of the secessionist forces as well as the terrorist to disintegrate the sovereignty and unity of Union of India and to motivate the Kashmiri youth to exhilarate the subversive activities against the popular government.

Pertinently, the accused Abdul Aala Fazili S/o Late Mohd. Rafi Razili R/o Humhama Chowk near Airport Road, Budgam, Kashmir, J&K has written an article “The Shackles of Slavery will Break” and published it in the monthly magazine “The Kashmir Wala” as a part of the ongoing strategy to build and propagate the false narrative against Union of India to disruption the territorial integrity by seceding the Jammu and Kashmir and annexing with Pakistan.

The authority has taken cognisance of the writeup as it was highly provocative, seditious and intended to create unrest in Jammu and Kashmir to abet the gullible youth to take the path of violence and create communal unrest.

It is worthwhile to mention here that the State Investigation Agency (SIA) is a Specialized Agency, which has been constituted by the Government of Union Territory, Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) for the investigation and prosecution of terrorism-related cases. State Investigation Agency (SIA) has begun a war against the mentors of these types of false narratives.
