JAMMU: Exhibiting efficiency and professional acumen, the police team of Satwari police station have succeeded in nabbing a prolong absconders who was “non traceable” for the last 31 years.
Making best use of robust human intelligence grid, the team of police post Chatha comprising PSI Paramjeet Singh and ASI Kukbir Kour led by SHO Satwari Police station, Inspector Susheel Sharma developed significant leads which finally culminated 31 year long hide and seek play of absconder namely Locha Singh s/o Tirath Singh r/o Bhour Camp Chatha. He was nabbed from Chatha Jammu.
The arrested accused was wanted in case FIR No. 147/1991 u/s 307/382/435 RPC, 3/4 TADA, 3/25 Arms Act of PS Satwari.
The entire operation to trace out long wanted absconders was carried under the supervision of SP South, Ajay Sharma and SDPO, city south, Kartik Shrotriya.
