He strongly advocated for political representation for the POJK displaced community, which numbers approximately 7 lakh in Jammu & Kashmir UT and around 13 lakh across the country. He emphasized that only through adequate representation in legislative bodies can this wounded community find the healing and support it desperately needs.

He also highlighted the strategic importance of the assembly segments R.S Pura South and Suchetgarh, which he represents. These segments alone have approximately 62,000 POJK displaced individuals, constituting a significant voter base.

The joining ceremony was also graced by the presence of Seikh Bashir Ahmed provincial Secretary JKNC Jammu province and several other prominent leaders of the party, further underscoring the importance of this political move.
