Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Patwar association on Thursday called off their strike with immediate effect after meeting with Financial Commissioner Revenue.
An official spokesman in a statement said that a delegation of all Jammu and Kashmir Patwar Association today called on Financial Commissioner Revenue and reiterated their demands.
“They discussed various issues pertaining to Patwaries across the State. Financial Commissioner Revenue assured them that their genuine demands shall be considered sympathetically in due course by the State Government. Patwar Association agreed to call off their strike with immediate effect,” the spokesman said.
