JAMMU: A video is going viral in social media wherein some visiting officers were seen dancing to the tunes of music during B2V3 program in Panchayat Dharbadan Block Thakraie in District Kishtwar.
Through the medium of the video the narrative is being peddled in the public domain that instead of attending to the grievances of the people in the Panchayat, the visitors indulged in dance activities.
However, the activity in question, in fact is purely in accordance with cultural and entertainment activity to be performed by the deputed officer in B2V3 program.
The idea behind the move is to bring the people feel close to the officers by way of involving them in some lively cultural activities.
