    SSP urges citizens for violation and corruption free traffic on roads

    JAMMU: Setting the record straight, SSP traffic Jammu, Shiv Kumar Sharma has impressed upon general public that the traffic wing of Jammu and Kashmir Police is always stood to ensure safety and security of citizens. But, violators with malafide complaints will not be let off without punishment.

    Highlighting the importance of adhering to traffic rules as prerequisite for safe driving, SSP traffic urged upon the citizens to bring into the notice of the authorities if anyone among traffic deparment ask for money.

    “Anyone with genuine inputs about indulgence of traffic cops in money minting acts can share their complaint on mobile number 9419156178  and 9149686208 ” asserts Sharma.

    Every genuine concerns of general public will be addressed with utmost care and positive redressal but bogus plaints which have become a tradition to conceal wrongs committed by traffic violators, now henceforth will be handled as per law, he added.

    Urging the public for cooperation with traffic cops who are toiling on roads against all odds, Shiv Kumar also underline the role of parents in educating their wards at home about traffic rules. “Most of the problems on roads would vanished in jiffy if only parents acts responsibly before handing over bikes and cars to their dear ones” added Sharma.
