SRINAGAR: The team of Anti Corruption Bureau, Kashmir has arrested red handed Fayaz Ahmad Khan, State Manager, Jammu & Kashmir State Industrial Development Corporation, Srinagar for demanding and accepting bribe of ₹1.05 lakh from complainant for issuance of NOC.
As per reports, the the ACB received complaint from the victim wherein he levelled allegations of demand for bribe against the accused officer for issuance of NoC.
Acting on the complaint, the sleuths of ACB laid a trap wherein, the accused manager caught red handed while accepting bribe amount of Rs 1.05 lakh. Case under relevant sections of anti corruption law has been registered and further investigation in the case is underway.
