Governor was presented “Quranic Plants and Animals”   by Prof N.A. Zeerak of SKUAST-K, at Raj Bhavan today.

This volume, written by Prof. Zeerak, identifies and comments on the plants and animal species mentioned in the verses of the Holy Quran. The author has described them according to their botanical and zoological names and the roles which they have played in the evolution of human advancement.
