    Traffic Police Signals Tough Action Against Stunt Bikers In Jammu

    Taking cognizance of growing menace of stunt bikers on roads, Farooq Ahmad Qaiser, SSP Traffic Jammu city has signalled tough punitive measures against violators found indulging in acrobatics on roads.

    In this direction, a team of Traffic police on Friday arrested one Jatinder Sharma alias Jannu S/o Narinder Sharma, R/o House No.466-A, Gandhi Nagar. He was booked in case FIR No.104/2025 under sections 281/125 BNS at Nagrota Police Station, Jammu for jeopardizing lives of pedestrians and motorists on road by performing dangerous stunts on his KTM 390 DUKE Bike  bearing registration number JK02DG3400 on Sidhra Flyover stretch in particular.

    Arrested offender have YouTube channel with name and style ‘Moto vlogger Jannu stunts’ which has been flagged by responsible citizens for uploading videos of dangerous bike stunts on Sidhra Byepass, Ring Road, Jammu-Samba Road and posing grave threat to life and security of motorists and pedestrians. For long the citizens are demanding strict action against YouTube channel of arrested stunt biker for influencing youngsters in J&K UT  to indulge in life threatening stunts.

    Asserting that those found indulging in stunts on roads will be booked and driving licence of accused will be recommended for cancellation, the traffic police, Jammu has implored parents to sensitize their wards about the fatal consequences of following footsteps of irresponsible social media influencer and urged upon citizens to join hands to unitedly uproot the menace of devilish stunt bikers on road by reporting such unlawful activity at +9194191-47732 (TCU Jammu) or ssptrfcjmu@jkpolice.gov.in.
