    Satwari police station holds awareness program on new criminal laws

    JAMMU : As part of its ongoing series of events to spread awareness on new criminal laws, the district police, Jammu on Monday organised an interaction with citizens in Satwari police station.

    With theme ‘Celebration of Implementation of New Criminal Laws’, the Station House Officer, Satwari, Inspector Sushil Sharma provide insight into the key features of the new criminal laws to general public of the area.

    In the event which was attended by large number of persons including prominent citizens of the area, Inspector Sushil impart information about the key safe guarding provisions relating to women and children in the new criminal laws.

    The participants have expressed their gratitude to the Jammu and Kashmir Police for their tireless endeavours in organising such informative event for the benefits of the citizens which will help them in understanding the new criminal laws in a better perspective.
