Jammu: Rejecting the accusations of the BJP Leadership about disparity with Jammu Party General Secretary Ved Mahajan in his speech said that Valley deserved special attention due to 2014 deluge which cause huge damage to infrastructure and during the government’s first year , But is not based on facts that Jammu and Ladakh faced the neglect of any sort. Equitable development of all the three regions remained a top priority of the government and Jammu and Ladakh were equally benefitted by the governance of the PDP- BJP coalition and it is irony that hiding their own faults the BJP leadership is arguing about the less development in Jammu while as they perhaps has forgotten that BJP was the equal partner in the coalition and the BJP ministers were holding key portfolios in the government”.

Ved added that PDP worked at the forefront to present Jammu and Kashmir as a composite state and not to let anyone fragment it on any ground.  “The best barometer to find the development in Jammu and Ladakh regions of the state is to seek response from the people of these regions and explore the ways to  keep the state united and harmonious,”.

Speaking on this occasion Senior Leader T S Bajwa Exuded confidence our the party leadership and said that PDP is a party with peoples agenda and represents their aspirations and the party was never power hungry.

He asserted that they stand by the decisions of party leadership and assure our full support to Mehbooba Mufti  in good as well as bad times and said that they stand by the ideology and agenda of the party envisaged by late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed who floated this party to mitigate the sufferings of people of the state.

Bajwa said that PDP was never after power and its core objective has always been the mitigation of crises on ground and addressing the concerns of the state with courage and selfless efforts.
