    JD Handloom inaugurates MI Room at GHSS Shastri Ngr

    Jammu: To provide medical facilities to the students of Government Girls Higher Secondary School Shastri Nagar in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society today setup Medical Investigation Room, first of its kind in the School  premises.

    Joint Director Handloom Jammu Pradeep Manhas who was the chief guest inaugurated the Medical Investigation Room on the occasion.
    The inauguration event of the MI Room was attended by District Social Welfare Officer Ajay Salaan who is also Secretary Indian Red Cross Society, Field Publicity Officer Information Department Vipan Bhagat, Principal Government Girls Higher Secondary School Shastri Nagar Parveen Akhtar, Vice Principal Parveen Akhtar, Red Cross Incharge Monika Jamwal, ICPS Officer Shagun and Deepti,  teachers and a large number of students.
    Speaking on the occasion, Pardeep Singh Manhas congratulated the School Administration for setting up MI Room in the school for the facilitation of the students.
    On the occasion, the chief guest also distributed blankets, utensils and other house hold articles to the needy persons.
