JAMMU: Renowned Advocate Anil Sethi today join People Democratic Party in presence of party President and former CM Mehbooba Mufti.
Sethi joining came as a boost for PDP in Jammu especially at a time when many political stalwarts of the party have prefer to depart from Mehbooba post abrogation of 370 and shift their loyalty towards Altaf Bhukhari led Apni Apni Party.
Political mandarins in UT J&K have referred to the joining of Anil Sethi as beginning of new era for party which will go a long way in restoring the confidence of party workers in Jammu region.
There are several decisions of the Govt which have adversely affected the growth and development of people in Jammu region especially bussiness community and the way Mehbooba Mufti has aptly raised these issues will go a long way in strengthening foothold in Jammu where the BJP so far failed to deliver on securing the interest of people except with hollow lofty speeches filled with hate and polarisation.
