JAMMU: On Monday, the corona tally touches new record in J&K where 2135 fresh covid-19 cases were reported and 25 people succumbed to the virus.
Reports stated that 791 new cases were from Jammu Division whereas 1344 from Kashmir Valley.
As per details, 14 deaths were from Jammu Division and 11 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total toll to 2172 so far this year.
Regarding recoveries, 1067 COVID-19 patients were recovered which includes 478 from Jammu Division and 589 from Kashmir Valley. So far, there are 20601 active case in J&K.
