Jammu: J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu today condemned grenade attack at bus stand Jammu wherein two Policemen and a Civilian were injured on 24th of May, 2018, in the late night.
Speaking on the occasion Adv BS Slathia, President JKHBAJ strongly condemned Pakistan for carrying on the policy of enmity against India and harboring terrorists on her soil and using them to threaten life of the people & security forces in our State. Pakistan, who has failed to provide democracy and development to its people, has no business to disturb our peace in the State..
The J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu has taken a very serious view of the failure of the present coalition Government of Jammu & Kashmir in saving the lives and liberty of the people and security forces working in the State. People on the borders & LOC, have suffered in the form of loss of lives of human being, cattle and destruction of the homes because of heavy shelling from Pakistan recently. There have been repeated terrorist attacks on the innocent people in the State & Government has failed to completely check the perpetrators of such attacks. Such types of grenade attacks by the militants are aimed to terrorize the innocent people of Jammu.
The Bar Association has also taken a serious view of the fact that the attack on the policemen & a civilian in the heart of Jammu city i.e. B.C. Road Bus Stand, Jammu was not possible without support of some sleeper cells, besides the Rohingyas. The Government has facilitated such elements to make their foot hold in the Jammu city and it is sure to pose a serious threat to the security of people in capital city of Jammu in future also.
The Association has called upon the government of the state and the centre to take stern action against the anti-national forces as well as against the neighboring country Pakistan to prevent them for repeating similar acts in future.
