    Police nabs notorious Gujjar drug peddler of Ragoora

    JAMMU: The Police team of Bagh e Bahu police station have achieved success in arresting a notorious history sheeter and drug peddler of Ragoora namely Ali Hussain s/o Ali Akbar R/o village Palpad ,

    As per reports, acting on information generated through local intelligence, the police team led by Inspector Kirti Sharma swung into action and raided the location in village Ragoora and arrested the accused Gujjar who was evading arrest in multiple FIRs since long.

    In this regard a case FIR No 60/2020 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act got registered at PS Bagh-e-Bahu. The overall arrest were made under the supervision of SDPO East Bikram Kumar.

    The arrest of Ali Hussain will play a pivotal role in controlling the menace of drug trafficking as the arrested accused was actively running a wide network of drug racket in Jammu.

    He was evading arrest in five FIRs for sale and distribution of narcotics in various parts of Jammu.
