Delhi: Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party who has been Member of the National Integration Council for over a decade has made compassionate appeal to Government Narendra Modi, the present Prime Minister of India to reconstitute National Integration Council and call its urgent meeting on the situation in J&K and on the India’s oldest commitment on the policy of non-alignment.

The state has grown from saffron fields to volcanic rock for the past three years. The people of this country have not been fed with facts and the situation that has developed in the state only because of the total collapse of governance in J&K. This is first chance and may be the last when BJP is part of the governance in the state.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Prime Minister has been very active, very smart and could dare shaking hand with US President in the morning; he was witnessed in China in the afternoon and in Russia in the evening. He surely be taken in the Guinness Book of World Record as travelling Prime Minister of India.

The question arises what Prime Minister is carrying with him to New York in the morning, to China in the afternoon and Russia in the evening? This happened for the first time that Prime Minister of India visits to neighbouring countries, China and Russia both Permanent Members of the Security Council of the United Nations. Has Parliament, even the leadership in the ruling party any information on the subject matter he shared with China and Russia? What was the subject matter? What is the outcome of these digits except some glittering TV shots which could repeatedly be witnessed all over the world?

Prof.Bhim Singh like millions of people in this country would like to know what was Prime Minister’s subject in his message to the world leaders? What happened to the greatest movement of Non-Alignment that was initiated by the Indian leadership for years? Has India given up the foreign policy which India carried for decades? Are the ministers in the Cabinet of the Prime Minister and his confidential staff in the government aware of the subject matter Prime Minister discussed with the heads of governments he interacted in the past two weeks? What is the reply of the Prime Minister on the questions raised by the political opponents on the foreign policy of the present government? The attitude of the present government towards non-alignment? Has India joined NATO? Has India divorced the Non-Alignment platform which was founded with the cooperation of many peace-loving nations? Where are we heading to ask Prof.Bhim Singh from the travelling Prime Minister of India? Let Prime Minister convene meeting of NIC at home and Non-Alignment abroad.
