JAMMU: Taking serious view of concealment of facts pertaining to the status of land, the Srinagar Municipal Corporation have cancelled the building permission for construction of flats at residential area in Peerbagh locality of Srinagar.
The order for cancellation of building permission was issued by SMC Commissioner, Athar Khan after taking into consideration the factual position of land.
