    Trikuta Nagar police recovers 16 Kg Ganja, arrests 3 drug suppliers

    JAMMU: In a major breakthrough, the team of police station Trikuta Nagar has recovered 16 Kg narcotic substance and arrested three drug peddlers.

    Sharing details about the recovery,  SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli said in that in police in subdivision City East Jammu under the supervision of SDPO East, DySP Zaheer Abbas Jafri, the police party of Police Station Trikuta Nagar headed by SHO Inspector, Nayat Ali with assistance from sleuths of DSB Jammu arrested 3 persons near railway station Jammu.

    The  arrested peddlers were identified as Ganga Ram ,Rahim Chand and Jaiprakash all residents of chattisgarh A/P Roop nagar and recovered 16 kg ganja from their possession.

    In this regard FIR under relevant sections of law has been registered in police station and further investigation is going on.
