SRINAGAR, Oct 30: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday directed Deputy Commissioners and SSPs to intensify action against terror networks, strengthen counter-infiltration measures and curb radicalisation during a high-level review meeting in Srinagar.
He called for closer coordination among police, administration and security forces, besides monthly reviews of property attachments linked to narco-terrorists.
Sinha also stressed swift grievance redressal, district-level social media cells to counter misinformation, and adequate winter stocks and effective snow-clearance arrangements. Progress on key infrastructure projects was also reviewed.
