CBI busts NEET racket and 08 held reportedly. If this is the state of affairs then we should not feel sorry about the mess in the Sub Inspector’s Exam of UT conducted by the most efficient and professional JKSSB. No one has been arrested nor suspended in our UT as we are efficient No. 1. Even the public is silent as they take the matters in their stride. The painful state of affairs of JKSSB is a huge question mark on Governance Now.
There is one other angle of NEET. In Kerala 90 girls were harassed. “Female candidates appearing for the medical entrance test NEET, in Kerala were forcibly asked to remove their inners to take the exam. This shocking incident came up after a girl’s father filed a police complaint.
In Kollam district at the NEET centre, the girl was allegedly told by female security personnel that she must remove her bra for the metal hooks beeped during a security check. ‘Is your future or innerwear big for you? Just remove it and don’t waste our time,’ the girl was told, as per the complaint to the police. Humiliated and terrified, the student handed the bra to her mother and asked for a shawl to cover herself prior to entering the hall”. Why our Hon’ble PM is silent on this matter of life and death?
In Tamil Nadu, a girl student committed suicide reportedly. “A Class 12 student of a private higher secondary school at Chinna Salem near Kallakurichi in Tamil Nadu died by suicide on Tuesday night, after leaving behind a note alleging that she was being tortured by two teachers, police said.
While the teachers denied the allegations, the parents and relatives of the student, blocked the Kallakurichi-Salem highway on Wednesday, raising slogans against the school management” The Principal, Maths Teacher, Chemistry Teachers and 192 have been arrested.
These 04 instances (may be a few unreported) are a reflection of the educational and exam scenario in our Nav Bharat. Quality education is the mantra while unemployment at its peak. Ram Rajya is round the corner and India is going to become Vishwaguru shortly. Let us celebrate the spirit of free India where there is neither hunger nor poverty.
Of late GST rates on Lassi, Curd, Milk, Flour, Cereals, Ink, Jaggery, honey, knives, spoons, etc. have been raised as the ghost of GST (Gabbar Singh Tax) has entered into our kitchens. It is a welcome move as the patience of each and every Indian has to be tested. No one should speak a foul word and let us accept everything which is doled out.
In my humble opinion, a storm of unrest is brewing but for a few wedded blindly to a particular party all is OK on all fronts. You can befool some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all the time. Mera Bharat Mahaan, Sab Ka ho Kalyan.
Satayameva Jayate!
