Acting on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Ms. Ayushi Sudan, a joint team of FCS&CA, Revenue, Legal Metrology, and Police departments conducted a surprise inspection at Chak Manga to curb black marketing and hoarding of essential commodities.
During the raid, multiple domestic and commercial LPG cylinders were recovered from a residential premises, raising concerns of misuse and violation of norms. Legal action was initiated against the individual, while a gas agency was booked for overcharging. Further investigation is underway.
