In a complaint to the SHO Pacca Danga Police Station, Shah stated that he viewed a video which is viral on social media news channels in which BJP leader Vikram Randhawa was seen using highly objectionable language against muslim girls which is a criminal offence.
While expressing his annoyance against Randhawa, Muzaffar Shah complained that in a video Randhawa purportedly also hurt the religious sentiments of muslims by using derogatory words against the community which is a deliberate attempt to disturb the communal harmony in the J&K by promoting enemity among two different communities.
It’s worth to mentioned here that few months ago Vikram Randhawa also used foul language against an officer of Mineral department and also threatened to kill the said officer openly in the press conference. In the same press conference, he also maligned the image of his own party leaders and Union MoS Dr. Jatinder Singh besides Divisional Commissioner, Jammu as well as SSP Jammu.
Later, when Dr. Singh filed defamation case and the BJP state unit also initiated disciplinary proceedings against Randhawa objectionable behaviour, he publically apologised for his unwarranted behaviour.
