JAMMU : In a significant order, the Jammu and Kashmir High Court has banned all types of construction in Rangoora, Majeen and Sidhra area.
The court further directs Jammu Development Authority to file list of encroachers in Sidhara, Ragoora and Majeen area where the land mafia have encroached upon large chunk of prime land worth several crores in last few years right under the nose of JDA authorities.
