Srinagar: An inmate who was under custody in police station north Kashmir’s Sopore town has escaped from the police station on Tuuesday.
An official said that an inmate identified as Abdul Majeed Mir, 24, a resident of Tujjer Shareef area of Sopore town, who was under custody in police station Sopore, under a case FIR number 50 U/S 13 ULA has escaped from the police station.
Meanwhile, Police has launched searches to nab the culprit.
