    Police nabs 16 gamblers, stake money worth Rs 1.5 crore seized

    SRINAGAR: Acting on a tip off, the police on Thursday night arrested 16 gamblers and recovered stake money of Rs more than Rs 1.5 crore from the accuseds.

    As per reports, police party from police station Parimpora raided a gambling site following an input about the gambling activities in the nearby vicinity. Sixteen accused were arrested by police belong to different districts of valley in the raid.
