Jammu: The team of bus stand police station have arrested all the miscreants involved in damaging a Selfie Point at BC Road Jammu which was developed by the Jammu Smart City Limited and become a famous centre of attraction among the people as well as tourists in the city.
Taking cognizance of the crime, the police team led by SHO Bus Stand Inspector Dipankar Singh Manhas under the supervision of SDPO city DySP Sharad Kallu with the help of CCTV footage installed in the surrounding area swiftly managed to arrest all the seven accuseds involved in vandalising Selfie Point.
The arrested accuseds have been identified as Abhishek Gill S/o Muntazir Gill R/O Shaheedi chowk Jammu, Nikhil Gill S/O Manga Gill R/O Bakshi nagar, Goldy Age 23 years working at roop Nagar, Cristopher S/o lazer Gill Age 22yrs R/o Bakshi nagar Jammu, Heaven S/o Naresh R/o Bakshi nagar Age 21 yrs, Vinay R/o Bakshi nagar Jammu, Gabriel R/o Bakshi nagar and Shubam R/o Bakshi nagar. The police have booked all the arrested accuseds in FIR No 77/2021 U/S 434/427/IPC ,section 3 of prevention of damage public property Act.
The citizens of the Jammu City heartedly applauded the role of police for arresting all the villains who are hell bend to sabotage the beautification sites constructed by JSCL in its endeavours to add scenic beauty to Jammu City.
