JAMMU : In an alleged case of abduction and rescue of a minor tribal girl from a room in hotel Ramada, both the arrested accused namely sub inspector Sardar Ali and contractor Muzaffar has approached court for bail and quashing of abduction and POCSO FIR against them.
The counsel of the arrested duo has apprised the court that their clients are innocent and were framed and booked under POCSO and abduction case as the minor girl had herself went to a room in hotel to meet her friend Muzaffar.
Hearing arguments of the Counsel for arrested accused, the special Judge POCSO Court has issued notice to Bagh e Bahu police station.
