JAMMU: The police have arrested fifteen accuseds allegedly involved in firing on the residence of Nagar Choudhary aliasĀ Nago in Gandhinagar. Ten pistols were also recovered from their possession.
Giving details about the arrested persons, the SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli said” Pertaining to case of firing on the residence of Nagar Singh, the police swung into action and different teams were constituted to nab the accuseds involved in the crime.
As the accuseds person were keep changing their locations from one state to other, the police team on the basis of inputs and technical surveillance finally managed to arrest them from Hyderabad.
Replying to queries in a press conference about motive behind firing at Nago home, SSP said ” Investigation is at crucial stage and disclosing details could hamper it but it’s sure that this gang is being operated by from Jail.“
“In Jammu, no gangesters can dare to move with freedom after committing acts of crime. We will traced and nab them from their hideouts in any part of the country” SSP added.
The police have recovered ten pistols from the arrested accused besides two cars and one motorcycle in this connection.
The police is also Investigating as to how the arrested accuseds managed pistols, he added.
