Jammu: Levelling serious allegations against the concerned Khilafwarzi Inspector of Prem Nagar for coleccolle money on her name, Corporator Ritu Choudhary has demanded an enquiry into number of constructions under way in Prem Nagar in accordance with permission from JMC authorities.
Khilafwarzi Inspector Rattan Magotra looking after the Prem Nagar area since long and there are several allegations against him for shielding unauthorised constructions in lieu of money.
Speaking in the council house of Jammu Municipal Corporation, Ritu Choudhary stated that huge money is being extorted from gullible citizens to legitimized their illegal constructions.
Complaining that the Khilafwarzi Inspector is dragging her name in illegal constructions against which money is allegedly being collected by municipal staff, she urged the Mayor C.M Gupta for enquiry into this mess so as to bring the truth and punished the corrupt JMC staff who is behind all these Illegal constructions.
Mayor as well Commissioner JMC Pankaj Magotra assured the aggrieved Corporator of an enquiry to fix the responsibility pertaining to corrupt practices going on unabated behind unauthorised commercial as well as residential constructions in Prem Nagar.
