    Sat Sharma starts construction work of Community Hall at Gujral Mohalla

    Jammu: Providing a systematic structure of infra in all spheres of Jammu West, State President BJP and MLA Sat Sharma (CA) visited Gole Gujral area of Ward 32 along with JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation) officials, local residents and political activists of the area and started developmental works for construction of community hall.  Pertinent to mention, the hall is being constructed with the amount contributed by MLA through his CDF (Constituency Development Fund) scheme which constitutes 13.50 lakhs and an amount of Rupees 5 lakhs has been contributed by JMC.

    Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that the work for the community hall was started some time back in which pillars and slabs were placed but due to some reasons, JMC could not take up the works and the construction of a fully fledged community hall was left. He said that a proper community hall will be provided to the public of the area so that people from this ward and also from other adjoining wards including 30, 31, 40, 41 and other areas could also cater with the needs of the hall.

    He said that such places could be used for public gatherings as well and family functions as well as such halls keep the tradition alive as in old times, programmes and functions were usually held in community halls.

    Sharma also stated that the areas where there is a necessity of a community hall will also be looked upon on priority so that basic demands of the public could be met.

    BJP District President Ayodhya Gupta, Mandal President Jeet Angral, Adv Rajesh Gupta, Sat Pal Karlupia, Darshan Singh Chib, Girdhari lal, Rajesh Salgotra, Manohar Singh Chib, Sanjeev Singh, Surinder Kumar, Narinder Kumar, Romesh lal, Suraj singh, Kuldeep Malhotra, Sampuran Saini, Dev Raj, Gurcharan Singh,, Krishan Singh, Ram Saran, Romesh Salgotra, Uttam singh and many others were also present on the occasion.
