    Despite tough situation JPDCL team restores electricity in 80% areas: Yasha Mudgal

    JAMMU: The team of Jammu Power Development Corporation is working round the clock to restore electricity in the affected areas.

    Due to heavy rainfall resulting in flash flood led to damage of electricity poles in several areas of Jammu and it’s surrounding.

    As per reports, there were 430 locations where the electricity were snapped due to heavy rainfall.

    However, the team of PDD despite hostile weather conditions managed to restore electricity in 344 locations.

    Giving details, MD JPDCL Yasha Mudgal said ” The team of JPDCL is on the task round the clock to restore electricity in affected areas”

    “The electricity has been restored in 80 % of the affected areas and assure the public that best of the effort is being put in to bring relief to the rest of affected areas” she added.
