    Commissioner Excise lodges FIR against NGO activist Rohit Badyal

    Jammu: Taking serious note of one self styled NGO activists Rohit Badyal for tarnishing honest image of Excise Commissioner Rajesh Kumar Shavan, the Trikuta Nagar Police has registered FIR.

    As per reports, Rohit Badyal s/o CM Nadyal and residence of Maheshpura Chowk who claimed himself as Patron of unknown NGO namely AIYHBA has resorted to mudslugging on Whatsapp through his mobile number 7298744689 against Commissioner Excise for giving permission to 40 wine shops to operate as per laid down norms of lockdown.

    Despite being a non stake holders, Rohit took to social media sites and cooked irrelevant facts denting the impecable image and integrity of Rajesh Kumar Shavan.

    Acting swiftly against the ecentric behavior of self styled NGO activists, Rajesh Kumar dashed letter to SHO Trikuta Nagar Police station for registration of case under relevant sections of law.

    SHO Trikuta Nagar confirmed receiving application against Rohit Badyal from Excise commissioner for registration of case. Till filling of the story the police has not arrested the accused.
