The division bench of the high court granted two weeks time to state to comply to its earlier direction issued on April 18, 2018 whereby it directed the principal secretary to government, home department, J&K to file a status report indicating whether there is any forensic science laboratory (FSL) specifically meant for Jammu, Srinagar and Ladakh province for narcotics and if not, what are the steps taken to establish the same.
