Jammu: Principal Sessions Judge Bhaderwah MK Sharma has sentenced Rohit Kumar to rigorous imprisonment for fifteen years and fine of Rs. 5000/- for the commission of offence under section 376(2)(i) RPC, rigorous imprisonment for three years and fine of Rs. 2000/- for the commission of offence under section 363 RPC. Both the sentences shall run concurrently. In case of non-payment of fine by the convict Rohit Kumar, he shall undergo further simple imprisonment for two months. The convict shall suffer the sentence in Central Jail Jammu.
