Srinagar: The dental medicos has strongly flayed the dictatorial behavior of Principal Government Dental College, Srinagar. In a statement, Dr Suhail Naik President DAK has alleged that “Principal is playing with the career of post graduate dental students”. He is said that a delegation of MDS Orthodontics students has briefed the DAK about the harassment being faced by them at the behest of Head of Departments (HOD).
Blaming the college authorities for subjecting medicos to mental, physically and emotionally torture, Dr Naik said “ The height of the matter is that they have been forced to do his personal and household work, including car wash, ferrying family members to the airport and children to school”
He further said that in their efforts to end this sorry state of affairs, the DAK tried to meet the Principal GDC but he categorically refused to talk on this matter and instead start discussing irrelevant issues.
DAK has urged upon the Chief Minister for immediate intervention in this grave matter so as to end the ill treatment to the medicos pursuing PGs course in the college.
