JAMMU: #IPS officer #Manish_Aggarwal who was ‘spared’ by J&K GAD department by refusing accord for prosecuting him in one case of corruption while serving as SDPO Ramnagar in Udhampur in 2013-14, Now finally arrested by the Anti Corruption Bureau of Rajasthan for his alleged role in extorting money to the tune of Rs 38 lakh from a construction company.
Manish managed posting in Rajasthan on ex cadre basis from J&K where he married one IPS officer. The marital life alike his career remains fulls of controversy and he got divorced after few years of marriage in Rajasthan.
The ACB Rajasthan has also collected plethora of evidence of rampant corruption against the arrested IPS officer of J&K cadre during his stint as SP in Dousa District of Rajasthan. He will be produced today in the court for remand and interrogation.
