SRINAGAR: If reliable sources are to be believed Nitishwar Kumar, 1996 batch IAS officer of UP cadre is likely to be new Principal Secretary of LG Manoj Sinha replavire Bipul Pathak.
Kumar earlier remained Private Secretary to Manoj Kumar Sinha, the then Union Minister for Telecom and Railways.
Presently, Nitishwar Kumar is Member Secretary, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) under the Department of School Education & Literacy.
Prior to this, he worked as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation.
