RAJOURI: Constructed by PWD, the newly raised boundary wall of Govt Degree College, Budhal tumbles down like a house of cards with the blow of wind.

The locals has blamed the PWD Deptt for alleged use of sub standard materials in the construction of college building and boundary walls.

The public has demanded an enquiry into the building construction and strict action against the concerned officials of PWD under whose supervision this college and especially boundary walls were constructed.

One of the college teacher of GDC Budhal on condition of anonymity said” This is an indicator of organised loot of state exchequers on the name of constructing college buildings”.

The Higher Education Deptt should order an enquiry into collapse of boundary wall and pulled the corrupt officials of PWD, he added further.
